CARE GUIDE

Our mission is to enable seriously ill, elderly, and disabled individuals to lead self-determined and dignified lives.

Through our work, we provide competent care for our patients even outside of clinical settings. To ensure this, we rely on qualified caregivers who responsibly and empathetically undertake the demanding task of intensive care.

Our staff is specially trained for intensive care to ensure high-quality care. Intensive training and regular further education are essential components for us.

Close and trusting collaboration with various professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, speech therapists, social workers, and others, as well as with the social environment of our patients, is crucial for treatment and recovery success.

We take the time to thoroughly understand the individual health situation and specific needs and circumstances of our patients. This allows us to strive for and ensure optimal care.

This process begins even before the actual care through early contact with hospitals, treating physicians, and rehabilitation centers. We place great emphasis on close collaboration between patients, their families, and our facility.

Upon discharge from the hospital, we offer our support. Prior to that, we suggest any necessary changes in the living environment, such as the installation of a bath lift or wheelchair-accessible sliding doors.

As the nursing and technical effort for our patients is substantial, it requires careful planning and organization. The necessary medical-technical equipment is installed by us in the patient's residence.

Our highest priority is to provide our patients with comprehensive and professional care, allowing them to lead a dignified life in their familiar surroundings.
